Hello, my name is Katrina , and first of, thank u so much for reading my story!

I would like to let u know a little about myself.

I was very successful entrepreneur, running my own business in NYC. I enjoyed playing tennis, working out teaching yoga, and modeling. Also, I was a total health fanatic. Symptoms and Treatment of Babesiosis

Dear Katrina
I just found your blog and thank you for your generosity of spirit. I think I probably have Babesia and tried Dr. Zhang’s Artemisia for nine days then stopped, as it is expensive and was concerned about any possible side effects. I am now on crypto but still have bad crawling and burning in the head after six days. I am thinking of trying Artemisinin or the whole herb Artemisia Annua. Did you have any side effects from Artemisinin? And do you think the Zapper is worth it? Thank you! A. Clark

first of, I am not an MD, this is just my opinion. Always contact a doctor if you have a medical concern.

I think I probably have Babesia.

Why do you think so? What are the symptoms that you are experiencing?

Symptoms of Babesiosis

An incubation period of one week to eight weeks elapses between the tick bite and the onset of Babesia symptoms.  Almost everyone who contracts this disease gets flu-like symptoms of fever and chills.

Nonspecific symptoms include:

  • generalized weakness
  • intermittent fever
  • fatigue, often with inability to sleep
  • gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and belly pain
  • headaches
  • muscle pain
  • joint pain
  • unusual weight gain
  • decreased appetite
  • sensitivity to light, touch, sound, or smells

Specific symptoms of babesiosis (as consequences of ruptured red blood cells) include:

  • jaundice
  • shortness of breath – air hunger
  • night sweats and hot flashes
  • chills
  • arm and leg pain
  • swollen spleen

dark urine (rare but can happen)

I tried Dr. Zhang’s Artemisia for nine days then stopped, as it is expensive and was concerned about any possible side effects.

Dear A. Clark,

If you do have Babesiosis, you must take Artemisia for AT LEAST 60 days, preferably 90 days (add 30 days of Artemisia after your symptoms are gone to avoid relapses).

Dr, Zhangs Artemisia is VERY potent and it works. However, if you can not afford his products, I suggest you get it from Allergy Research Group.

Artemisinin is a MUST to eliminate Babesia and Borrelia!

It’s important to use a good brand with standardized concentrations in order for it to be effective. I was using a brand called Allergy Research Group.

Babesia is the most difficult co-infection to cure. For years, a friend of mine has done many prescription combinations for the infection with no success. Tried Zithromax, Mepron and Flagyl with no lasting results.

 

Tried the natural herb artemisia and that alone helped, but still did not quite eradicate the infection. Then tried artemisinin, and THAT did the trick!

It took me only 2 month to eradicate babesia with Artemisinin!

I highly suggest this product to anyone for Babesia and Bartonella.

Concerned about any possible side effects.

Babesia has a particular fondness for red blood cells. Once inside a red blood cell, the protozoa split in half to form two new protozoa. This splitting continues until there are too many protozoa inside the cell. The cell then bursts and releases the micro-organisms into the blood. These free protozoa seek out new red blood cells to continue reproducing.

Having an infection that destroys red blood cells does a few particularly damaging things to the body:

  • Babesia leaves the blood with too few red blood cells and therefore decreased oxygen., which red blood cells carry.
  • A burst red blood cell also releases hemoglobin into the blood plasma. Too much hemoglobin floating around causes jaundice, or yellowing of the skin.
  • Broken blood cell fragments can accumulate in the bloodstream faster than the spleen can eliminate them. When cell fragments travel through small blood vessels like capillaries, they can get stuck and block blood flow.

 

 Did you have any side effects from Artemisinin?

No, I did not have any side effects, and none of my clients/patients have any side effects from Artemisinin.

And do you think the Zapper is worth it?

Depends what zapper and what problem you want to solve. Artemisia is much stronger for Babesia than zapper.

Zappers kills parasites, bacteria, viruses, molds and fungi electrically.  Viruses and bacteria disappear in three minutes; tapeworm stages, flukes, roundworms in five; and mites in seven. A battery-operated, positive offset with a very low voltage from 5 to 10 volts is sufficient. It kills parasites and bacteria wherever the current reaches them. But it does not reach the eyes, the appendix, the testes, the inner ear bones. The current travels along the stomach or intestinal wall, not through its content.  It does not reach into the gallstones or into the living cells. The current does not pass uniformly through the body. With regular zapping, the current passes mainly through our liquids, i. e  our lymphatic and vascular system, a small fraction reaches every organ and tissue of our body. Blood and lymph are the most important locations to zap.

Terrible Symptoms after Receiving a Lidocaine Injection

 For the last week I have been experiencing terrible symptoms after receiving a lydocaine injection at the dentist – spent 4 hours in the er on day 3 after getting shot ~ ekg cat scan chest x-ray etc. occasional blurred vision, numbness of extremities, concentartion lapses etc. I BELIEVE I VERY WELL MAY HAVE LYDOCAINE TOXICITY!. please respond with anything u can . Sounds to me like  lidocaine toxicity + inflamation caused by autoimmune response (allergic reaction). Many people are allergic to lidocaine, your dentist should have asked you before injecting you. Most of the injections have a cocktail of all kinds of preservatives and heavy metals. You need to detox big time! Find a good naturopath. Meanwhile –  hyperthermia (sauna), green super foods –  chlorella, cilantro, spirulina, blue algae.  Lots of water with lemon, ionic foot bath.

Lidocaine is an anti-arrhythmic agent and a local anesthetic that is used for infiltration, nerve block, epidural and subarachnoid anesthesia, and topical anesthesia. To minimize systemic exposure and toxicity, the smallest dose and the lowest concentration of lidocaine required to produce the desired effect should be used. Maximum recommended doses should not be exceeded and the total dose of lidocaine should be calculated from all sources of lidocaine exposure (e.g., injection, topical). Signs and symptoms of lidocaine toxicity are dose related and include dizziness, nausea, drowsiness, speech disturbances, periorbital numbness, muscle twitching, confusion, vertigo, and tinnitus. More serious signs of toxicity are difficulty breathing, seizures, psychosis, and bradycardia.

The symptoms of lidocaine toxicity tend to follow a predictable progression. The toxicity begins with numbness of the tongue, lightheadedness, and visual disturbances and progresses to muscle twitching, unconsciousness, and seizures, then coma, respiratory arrest, and cardiovascular depression.

CNS toxicity

When the lidocaine dose is increased from 1 mg/kg to 1.5 mg/kg, the risk of CNS toxicity increases from 10% to 80%. Symptoms include the following:

  • Lightheadedness, dizziness
  • Visual disturbance
  • Headache
  • Perioral tingling, numbness or tingling of tongue
  • Sedation
  • Impaired concentration
  • Dysarthria
  • Tinnitus
  • Metallic taste
  • Muscular twitching, tremors

With progression of toxicity, the patient may experience tonic-clonic seizures and, eventually, unconsciousness and coma. Seizures generally do not occur with lidocaine levels of less than 10 mcg/mL.

CNS symptoms may be masked in patients premedicated with anticonvulsants such as benzodiazepines or barbiturates. The first sign of toxicity in these premedicated patients may be cardiovascular system (CVS) depression. When blood levels are high enough to block inhibitory and excitatory pathways, convulsions cease and the patient experiences respiratory depression or arrest and cardiovascular depression. Large bolus injections may increase peak anesthetic levels to the point where the CNS and CVS are simultaneously affected.

Cardiovascular

Excessive lidocaine concentration can cause cardiovascular toxicity, although this is less common than CNS toxicity. Lidocaine is somewhat less cardiotoxic than lipophilic local anesthetics such as bupivacaine. Risk of cardiac toxicity is greatest in those patients with underlying cardiac conduction problems or after myocardial infarction. Potential cardiovascular effects are included below.

Negative inotropic effects include effects on vascular tone (with low doses having vasoconstrictive effects and higher doses causing relaxation of vascular smooth muscle). Effects on cardiac conduction include widened PR interval, widened QRS duration, sinus tachycardia, sinus arrest, and partial or complete atrioventricular dissociation. Cardiac arrest has been reported after intraurethral administration of lidocaine.

Cardiac toxicity is potentiated by acidosis, hypercapnia, and hypoxia, which worsen cardiac suppression and increase the chance of arrhythmia. This is important to consider since seizure makes this metabolic picture more likely.

Plasma lidocaine levels of less than 5 mcg/mL are unlikely to have cardiovascular toxicities. levels of 5-10 mcg/mL can cause hypotension by inducing both cardiac suppression and vascular smooth muscle relaxation. levels of more than 30 mcg/mL are associated with cardiovascular collapse.

Lidocaine should be avoided in persons with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome.

I am E (name is removed for privacy) . I am from Europe, Poland. It has been quite a while since I found first symptoms of Lyme in my body.
I tryed lots of different ideas of treatments, even Joalis therapy. Some did bring small improvement to my feeling, but the Lyme didn’t go away compeletly. I don’t eat any wheat, and make my own bread.
Now I suffer from numbness of random parts of my body and sleepless nights.
I have read your Lyme hitory and I thought that you could help me.
I have Rife mashine and use it quite often, but I am not compeletly sure of frequences I choose. I was wondering if You could tell me which frequences were you using ?

First of, thank you for respecting my opinion and referring to me.

I need to know what “lots of different treatments” you have tried, for how long, and what was your outcome (better, worse, herx, no reaction, etc) . You are saying you do not eat any wheat — which is great, but not enough! Your diet MUST and I will repeat myself absolutely MUST be VEGAN, 75% raw, Gluten – Free, Soy- Free, Casein – Free! Of course absolutely NO processed foods, no sugar, pasta, cookies, bread, etc!  RAW VEGAN ORGANIC FOOD! Period! Your body can heal itself and trying to repair itself 24/7, but it needs your assistance! Adding fresh squeezed green juices and super foods (spirulina, chlorella, blue algae) will accelerate your healing.

I see you “suffer” from numbness. Numbness in your case is caused by neurotoxins produced by killed bacteria (bugs).

When the Lyme is being killed, it produces its own neurotoxin in defense. This subsequently clogs the blood, lymph, liver and colon which slows down the detoxification pathways. And as long as the patient is in treatment for Lyme, detoxification needs to be ongoing. When the body is overburdened with a toxic load, the patient might experience a Herxheimer (Herx) reaction. One of my patients explained her Herx reactions like a bad hangover. She had extreme fatigue, headaches, nausea, flu-like symptoms, and a tingling sensation throughout her body. She also noticed that her usual symptoms were made much worse. It is during these episodes, the detoxification process becomes even more important.

Since there are numerous methods for detoxification, one must select those which offer the most support. The two primary pathways of detoxification are: 1) the colon which removes solid wastes and 2) the kidneys and bladder which removes liquid wastes. These pathways have external elimination, those being feces and urine. The liver is also a primary detoxification organ for toxins, hormones, and protein and fat metabolism. The pathway for water-soluble toxins is through the urine. Hormones are excreted through bile in the GI tract. The lungs and skin are the secondary pathways. The lungs outgas toxins from the bloodstream and the skin acts as an excretion pathway by erupting with pimples, pustules, abscesses or oozing sores in the attempt to remove toxins from the body.

You need to detoxify by hyperthermia, rebounding, dry skin brushing, lots of water with lemon, green juices, just to name a few.

Your sleep problems are caused by neurological disturbance (again cause by nerotoxins). It will go away when you start to decrease load of toxins in your body. 1. Sex Relieves Stress

A big health benefit of sex is lower blood pressure and overall stress reduction, according to researchers from Scotland who reported their findings in the journal Biological Psychology. They studied 24 women and 22 men who kept records of their sexual activity. 4. Sex Improves Heart Health

While some older folks may worry that the efforts expended during sex could cause a stroke, that’s not so, according to researchers from England. In a study published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health, scientists found frequency of sex was not associated with stroke in the 914 men they followed for 20 years.

And the heart health benefits of sex don’t end there. The researchers also found that having sex twice or more a week reduced the risk of fatal heart attack by half for the men, compared with those who had sex less than once a month.

5. Sex Boosts Self-Esteem

Boosting self-esteem was one of 237 reasons people have sex, collected by University of Texas researchers and published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior.

That finding makes sense to Gina Ogden, PhD, a sex therapist and marriage and family therapist in Cambridge, Mass., although she finds that those who already have self-esteem say they sometimes have sex to feel even better. “One of the reasons people say they have sex is to feel good about themselves,” she tells WebMD. “Great sex begins with self-esteem, and it raises it. If the sex is loving, connected, and what you want, it raises it.”

 

6. Sex Improves Intimacy

Having sex and orgasms increases levels of the hormone oxytocin, the so-called love hormone, which helps us bond and build trust. Researchers from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of North Carolina evaluated 59 premenopausal women before and after warm contact with their husbands and partners ending with hugs. They found that the more contact, the higher the oxytocin levels.

“Oxytocin allows us to feel the urge to nurture and to bond,” Britton says.

Higher oxytocin has also been linked with a feeling of generosity. So if you’re feeling suddenly more generous toward your partner than usual, credit the love hormone.

7. Sex Reduces Pain

As the hormone oxytocin surges, endorphins increase, and pain declines. So if your headache, arthritis pain, or PMS symptoms seem to improve after sex, you can thank those higher oxytocin levels.

In a study published in the Bulletin of Experimental Biology and Medicine, 48 volunteers who inhaled oxytocin vapor and then had their fingers pricked lowered their pain threshold by more than half.

 

8. Sex Reduces Prostate Cancer Risk

Frequent ejaculations, especially in 20-something men, may reduce the risk of prostate cancer later in life, Australian researchers reported in the British Journal of Urology International. When they followed men diagnosed with prostate cancer and those without, they found no association of prostate cancer with the number of sexual partners as the men reached their 30s, 40s, and 50s.

But they found men who had five or more ejaculations weekly while in their 20s reduced their risk of getting prostate cancer later by a third.

Another study, reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association, found that frequent ejaculations, 21 or more a month, were linked to lower prostate cancer risk in older men, as well, compared with less frequent ejaculations of four to seven monthly.

9. Sex Strengthens Pelvic Floor Muscles

For women, doing a few pelvic floor muscle exercises known as Kegels during sex offers a couple of benefits. You will enjoy more pleasure, and you’ll also strengthen the area and help to minimize the risk of incontinence later in life.

To do a basic Kegel exercise, tighten the muscles of your pelvic floor, as if you’re trying to stop the flow of urine. Count to three, then release.

10. Sex Helps You Sleep Better

The oxytocin released during orgasm also promotes sleep, according to research.

And getting enough sleep has been linked with a host of other good things, such as maintaining a healthy weight and blood pressure. Something to think about, especially if you’ve been wondering why your guy can be active one minute and snoring the next.

So often, we limit ourselves to what we believe to be true. But a belief is simply a thought that we have thought over and over again. But what if our beliefs are inaccurate and outdated and in fact just pre-conditioned self-limiting beliefs about what we think is true for us because maybe at one time in our life it was?
Let me give you an example. I have worked with many people who want to improve their overall health, happiness and life satisfaction. And I always find it astounding as to how many limiting beliefs we have about what we are capable of each and everyday. When we discuss changing the morning routine for example, I am often met with looks of concern, deep breaths and puzzled faces. Once we work out why there is such resistance to this, the pained looks melt away but let’s not forget that these reactions are borne out of us being creatures of habit. It’s super easy to get stuck in a rut of doing the same thing everyday, day in, day out which can become boring and mundane.
So, I want to challenge you to not only believing but doing 6 so-called “impossible” things before breakfast because many people do believe that working 9-5 or having a family prevents them from doing the things that could potentially make all the difference in experiencing increased wellbeing. But I think all it needs to become possible is a reframe and a little bit of help. There are 6 simple things which you can do before breakfast to help you improve your health and happiness.
1.  Gratitude - Being grateful for the things, the people and the opportunities you have in your life sends a message to the Universe that you acknowledge the abundance around you which attracts more wonderful things to you. The moment you wake up and before you even step a foot out of bed, in your head, list 10 things you are grateful for and feel it.
2. Get brushing - You might wonder how dry skin brushing might have made it into this list as it seems so simple but trust me, the dry skin brush works wonders. Not only does it fire up the flow of blood in your body and tone and strengthen muscles but it stimulates the lymphatic and nervous system helping you to feel energised and ready for your day.
3. Affirmations - Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired feeling or
outcome. The mind doesn’t know the difference between real and imaginary so if you affirm, “I am a super sexy, confident and intelligent person and I love and accept myself” then the more likely you are to act and feel that way. Repeat your 5 favourite affirmations while you brush your teeth and get dressed. And if you find that hard, fake it ‘til ya make it! Eventually it won’t feel quite so alien to you!
4. Meditation - Even just taking 5 teeny weeny minutes each morning can help you to feel centred, help you set your intention for the day ahead and start your day off on the right note. Sit your butt down and just watch your mind move. Be gentle, curious and aware of what’s occurring each second.
5. Move your ass! - Following on from your meditation, lie down, pull your knees up to your chest, roll them over to your left side, followed by your right side and have a good old stretch. You may not have time for a full on workout but just by moving your body, you kickstart your metabolism and get the body ready to take on the day.
6.  Get your juice on - Juicing is the quickest and easiest way to flood your body with the good stuff. It doesn’t have to take long – throw some greens with a touch of apple or pear, pour it in a mason or jam jar and you are ready to go. (You might get some funny looks on public transport but it makes for a great conversation starter! Trust me!)
Now those don’t seem too impossible do they? It’s important to keep taking inventory of your daily routine as days turn into weeks and weeks into years. How you spend each and every day forms your life. So why not think about doing 6 not-so impossible things before breakfast? Who knows, you might just find they improve your day and ultimately your life. It’s worth trying don’t ya think?!

Starve a Cancer — Feed your HEALTH

Presuming you have already decided against subjecting yourself to chemotherapy, radiation treatments and surgery following a diagnosis of cancer, the following outline of what to eat and what not to eat will be of tremendous value.

Starve  a  Cancer: Stop eating meat, pasteurized dairy products and packaged, processed foods because they are acid-forming and rob the body of protein-digesting enzymes needed for destroying cancer cells. Stop eating simple carbohydrates like white rice, pasta, white flour, refined white sugar-and artificial sweeteners. These are the foods that lower body pH, deprive the cells of oxygen and feed cancer.

BISER: I thought they used cayenne.

SCHULZE: They do, but some certain religious groups ban spices, especially heating spices like cayenne and garlic.

What they mean by “heating” is that hot spices will heat your genitals.

So, if you are a member of these groups, I’d stop using cayenne, because it will definitely turn you on sexually and in every other way
