Health Mastery – Health Retreats – What to Bring

 

Q: What do I need to bring to your natural health retreat?

Bring yourself and your intentions. We provide a comfortable room with a table and writing area, amenities, a robe, hair dryer, and books  you can read. As we focus on Natural Health, bring any special toiletries (they should be organic, chemical-free) and natural sun protection if you need it (you need to be outdoors in direct sunlight every day for at least 30 minutes without any artificial sunblocks, if you exceed 30 minutes you can apply coconut oil, which has natural sunblock  you need). The property has WIFI and cable TV (however during your stay at Health Mastery we do not recommend watching any TV!) Clothing is casual, yoga, exercise comfortable clothing, bring a bathing suit, comfortable walking shoes, sandals or flip flops and we recommend bringing layers in the winter; San Diego nights can get chilly. In the summer less is more. Bring enough clothing for your 7 day stay on the retreat.

Other than standard recommended equipment, please bring a tongue scraper, a loofah, and fluoride-free toothpaste.

Q: What about jewelry and cash?

A: We suggest you leave jewelry and cash at home. Health Mastery is not responsible for any jewelry or valuables you bring.

Q: Should I or can I bring my laptop?

A: Bringing your computer is entirely up to you. We do have WIFI on the property to allow you to get on the internet.
