How do I sign up?
Just choose which plan you'd like to do above by clicking on the Join now button, and you will be taken to the payment screen or the waiting list.
Is this suitable for everyone?
Health Mastery is designed for adults looking to improve their overall health, fitness, and well-being through sustainable lifestyle changes. However, this plan is not intended for:
- Individuals currently diagnosed with an eating disorder or those undergoing treatment for eating-related conditions.
- People with complex or severe medical needs requiring specialized, individualized care beyond general health improvement.
If you fall into one of these categories, please consult with a healthcare professional or a specialist for personalized support and guidance.
Do I need a smart phone to use the Health Mastery App?
You can either use an Android or iOS smart phone to access our App, or you can login and use the App via our website here.
Where does the coaching and training take place?
All our one-to-one and group coaching or training is accessed online via Zoom.
When do the group trainings take place?
Usually the weekly group wellness coaching takes place on Wednesdays at 7pm, the Mentor and Master group coaching dates vary and are usually either on Saturday mornings or weekday evenings. All times are GMT.
What do I need?
On joining you will be asked to take your starting measurements and photos, for this you will need a tape measure, a friend to take your photos (or full length mirror if you are doing this yourself), and a body composition scale to take your weight and body stats. We recommend the 'Tanita Scale', they are around £45 and the most accurate body composition readers. You can find them on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.co.uk
Can I switch between plans?
Yes you can, if you are on the Essential or Mentor Plan, you can choose to upgrade to the Mentor or Master Plan before the end of the month. Just come back here and purchase the plan you'd like to do (use your existing email and password) and we'll cancel your other subscription.

Do I have to subscribe?
The Essentials Plan is a monthly subscription, and the Mentor Plan a 3-monthly subscription, both can be cancelled at any time before your renewal. The Master Plan is a one off payment.
I've completed the Master Plan, can I continue my membership on the Essential or Mentor Plans?
Yes you can, just come back here and purchase the plan above you'd like to do, using your existing email and password.
If I stop my membership for a while and come back later will you save all my tracking and results data?
Yes, your membership will be inactive but we'll save your data for a minimum of one year, so you can decide to come back again later. Some people like to refocus on their health each January, so you can sign up for a few months at a time if that works for you.
